Those were the first words from Bessie, a new student @ EAST, in her first chapel session last week.
As a fellow missionary, I identify somewhat with her feeling about home.
Home is where my loved ones are.
Home is where my tired soul gets to rest ... really rest.
Seven years away on the missions field in East Asia has not dampened this gentle lady's passion for Singapore.
When asked about her favorite Singaporean dish, she disclosed she "likes everything (and) dislike nothing."
And life @ EAST for her is "shiok!"
